REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and refunds of products under the following conditions.

If you have an unopened sealed package you would like to return, you must contact us for return options. Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase. Purchases that have been done 30 days ago or longer are final and not eligible for refund. Once we have received the product(s) we will issue a full refund of your purchase price excluding any shipping cost within 3-5 business days. Please notice that weekends and holidays may affect the duration of the refund process. The number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your banking institution's billing and credit schedule.

If you claim dissatisfaction with an opened product, we will accept returns and refunds under the above described conditions. However we will not accept refunds or returns of any opened goods where more than 80% of the product has been used.

Law and Venue: These terms and conditions and any sale of goods to the customer are considered to have been both agreed to and occurred in the State of Hawaii. In case of any disputes or clarification of interpretation, as well as any breach of this agreement are to be applied pursuant to and in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii. Both parties, customer and Edengrows, agree that all proceedings arising regarding the sale of any good shall be tried and litigated in the State of Hawaii. The customer renounces the right to contest exclusive venue by any and all related motions.
