SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping fees: Edengrows will pay the shipping fees for orders over $45. The customer will pay the shipping fees for orders under $45.

Shipping Time: The purchased goods will be shipped as quickly and thoroughly as possible to the customer. In case of any delay the customer agrees that we are not liable. All orders will be processed in a time frame of 24 hours or earlier and shipped from then on. Shipping time via Priority usually is about 2 to 4 business days to the lower 48 states from the date shipped. We will not guarantee for the shipping times for orders. You can check your estimated delivery time on the USPS website. Once your order leaves our facility, we can no longer be held responsible for its destination arrival time. Once tracking indicates your shipment is received by USPS, any questions concerning the routing or delivery of your packages should be directed to USPS. We will not ship any orders on federal holidays. The customer notice that orders placed on Friday after 10 am (HST), on weekends or on holidays, the goods will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping guarantee: We guarantee shipping to the address given by the customer. We will not be held responsible for any delivery issues due to be given an incomplete or wrong address by the customer. The shipping fees will then not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order and paying new shipping fees. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen package. The customer is responsible to be available for delivery.
