Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns and refunds of products under the following conditions:

1. If you have an unopened sealed package you would like to return, you must contact us for return options. Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase. Purchases that have been done 30 days ago or longer are final and not eligible for refund. Once we have received the product(s) we will issue a full refund of your purchase price excluding any shipping cost within 3-5 business days. Please notice that weekends and holidays may affect the duration of the refund process. The number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your banking institution's billing and credit schedule.

2. If you claim dissatisfaction with an opened product, we will accept returns and refunds under the above described conditions. However we will not accept refunds or returns of any opened goods where more than 80% of the product has been used.
